Piece by Paz Candle

It’s no secret that we love these candles. Recycled from used champagne bottles, they not only smell good, but it’s an opportunity to show off your eco-friendly ways. We suggest picking a classic scent combo, like Old Money and Bad Habit

Tea Towel + Bottle of Wine

This cool furoshiki style gift wrapping is the perfect combo of looking like you have your life together while still being able to throw it together on the car ride to the party. Brought to you by Cotton & Flax, this is the perfect way to display a super cute tea towel. Let us suggest this one, this one, or these. Throw in a great bottle of wine and anyone would be swooning.

Gave My Last Fuck Key Chain

Can Emily McDowell do any wrong? This key chain embodies our daily mantra. I dare you to find someone who wouldn’t want this gift.

Plz Don’t Talk to Me Mug

Spread your anti-social attitudes to whoever is lucky enough to receive it. Extra large mug ensures your co-worker will be well hydrated and makes a flashy new desk accessory.

Apple Pie Moonshine

Because everyone likes booze, right? We shared the recipe a couple weeks ago and still can’t get enough. See how we used Parabo Press’ free prints to package up the extra and include the recipe. Even better, it can be put to immediate use.

Attaching a wood fence to a chainlink fence

As I mentioned in my last fence/gate update post, I helped Erika attach a wood fence to the chainlink fence in her backyard. The process was similar to when I converted a chainlink fence to a wood fence, except in this case, we left the chainlink fence intact. This method is a good option if you want to add a little more privacy to your yard or camouflage a chainlink fence while you wait to save up for a completely new fence.

Obsessions: 10.19.18

You wanna know what we have been decidedly NOT obsessed with in the past month? The blog. Womp womp. We’re hopping back in this week, but we’ll be posting a bit more sporadically for a while. Fence Updates and Two-Panel Wood Driveway Gate Plans

Hellooooo, I’m thinking about fences again! You all had the pleasure of following along as I moved and rebuilt the fence in my backyard and then converted a chainlink fence into a wood fence along my driveway, and now it’s finally time to build that driveway gate. Of course, I can’t just build a driveway gate and leave it at that, I’ve also decided to cap the entire fence to cover up the dogear pickets and give everything a cleaner and more finished look. HOORAY!
