If there’s one thing I’ve spent too much time looking for it’s the perfect purse. But, three years ago I finally found my match. With this Lo & Sons Pearl review, I think I’ll convince you that this is, in fact, the perfect purse.
It’s easy to grab a pair of plain solid color curtains from IKEA or Target, but when it comes to mixing patterns with rug and curtain pairings, it can take a little more finesse. Our suggestion is to focus on either a bold rug or bold curtains and use a more subtle pattern to complement it. We’ve pulled together our favorite rug and curtain pairings here in case anyone needs a little inspiration.
Michelle and Hannah are still going strong on the Whole30 and Robin is testing out the Glossier supers. See everything we’re loving in this week’s And Then We Tried obsessions.
I have a gala to attend in February and like any good debt monster, I want a new dress. So, time to get busy with my favorite hobby: online shopping for literally anything. The event dress code is cocktail to formal and based on press photo stalking from last year’s gala, pretty much everyone was in cocktail dresses. I don’t love rewearing clothes to events that I’ll potentially be photographed at (diva status here) so I thought Rent the Runway would be a good option here. I’m a generous diva though, and there’s no point in keeping all my hard work to myself, so here are my favorite Rent the Runway little black dresses and a Rent the Runway referral code for $30 off your first order.Keep Reading
January is for sure the busiest month for gyms across America. If your New Year’s resolution is to kick off a brand new fitness plan, then take the advice of someone who’s been going to the gym for an entire year (I’m basically a professional athlete now): all gyms have the same people. Sure, the vibe of each gym might be different and the equipment may vary, but it’s practically a guarantee that you’ll run into one of these five people you meet at the gym.Keep Reading
Hello, 2018! Man are we glad to put 2017 behind us and (fingers crossed) kick off an even better year. Despite being out of range of the bomb cyclone, it’s still cold AF in Cleveland and we’re jealous of Robin’s California weather. Between the weather and week one of the Whole30, Hannah and Michelle are definitely ready for the weekend! Here’s what we’ve been thinking about in this week’s And Then We Tried Obsessions.
If you went online in the summer of 2016, you’ve inevitably seen Shibori dye and the indigo everything as a result. Shibori is essentially tie-dye but using only indigo instead of the rainbow of colors. Which makes it pretty much foolproof since there is no risk of accidentally using too many colors and dying your shirt poop brown (we’ve all been there). The kits are easy to find online and the real fun comes in with trying all the different Shibori folding patterns to get one of a kind results.
We’re glad the stress of the holidays is behind us and we can look forward to 2018 and all our new resolutions (see our ambitious Whole30 routine). Even with resolutions to be better people, we’ve found the time to be obsessed with new things this week. Check out what made the cut below.
After taking Monday to celebrate Christmas with our families, we’re back and ready for 2018 to show up! It’s been about a year since my last attempt at a vegetarian Whole30 (I made it 19 days) so it’s about time I try again.Keep Reading
